Standard Shipping (€12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Available worldwide (excluding some remote areas and Asia)

Free Shipping:
– Available for orders over €50
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country. We’re unable to guarantee specific delivery dates.

International Shipping

We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your surf gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s our straightforward return policy.

Return Period

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition – unused, with all tags attached and original packaging intact
  • Products must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Certain items are non-returnable (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Casques (helmets) – hygiene reasons
  • Harnais (harnesses) – direct body contact items
  • Used leashs or those with opened packaging
  • Any customized or made-to-order equipment

Return Shipping Costs
